Remote Test Automation Engineer

Summary

Join Rialtic's innovative Workflows Team as a Test Automation Engineer. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of our products used by internal and external users. Collaborate with the Product team to guarantee comprehensive test coverage for core user workflows. Develop and maintain automated tests for our web applications, encompassing contract tests, integration tests, load tests, and end-to-end tests. This role requires experience with Typescript, Javascript, and CI/CD, along with a strong understanding of testing strategies. Requirements

• 3+ years experience with Typescript, Javascript (Jest, Playwright or similar testing frameworks)
• 2+ years experience with CI/CD & automated testing
• An understanding of the values/drawbacks of different testing strategies

Responsibilities

• Write and run tests across various testing methodologies to improve the stability and performance of our applications
• Work with the team and Product to ensure that our backend for the frontend is stable and performant and breaking changes are caught early
• Work with Product to ensure core user workflows are tested and we can deploy new features with confidence
• Collaborate and work with other engineering teams to ensure our system’s contracts are reliable
• Work with the team to improve deployment cadence, reduce error regressions, and assist in bug triage
