Test Lead

Join our team as an Oracle EBS Test Lead! This 6-month contract position (with potential extension) in Canada offers remote work. You will be responsible for validating the functionality, performance, and reliability of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to identifying and resolving issues, ensuring solutions meet business needs and quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and skilled in testing Oracle EBS modules, including Financials, Procurement, HRMS, SCM, and others. This role requires expertise in test planning, execution, defect management, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Oracle EBS modules such as Financials, Procurement, HRMS, SCM, and others
• Define testing strategies and methodologies for functional, integration, system, and regression testing
• Conduct manual and automated testing of Oracle EBS applications
• Validate customizations, extensions, and configurations of EBS modules
• Perform end-to-end testing of business processes and workflows
• Identify, document, and track defects using defect-tracking tools
• Work closely with developers, analysts, and end-users to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Partner with business analysts, functional consultants, and technical teams to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing
• Provide clear, concise, and timely testing updates and reports to stakeholders
• Ensure testing processes comply with organizational and industry standards
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, results, and defect logs
