Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work or related field
  • Active clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, or equivalent)
  • 3+ years of clinical experience in behavioral health
  • Experience with clinical training, ideally in group-based practice settings
  • Familiarity with digital health technology or experience working with clinical software platforms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present clinical concepts clearly to diverse audiences (clinicians, leadership, etc.)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including clinical, sales, customer support, marketing and product
  • Problem-solving skills for triaging clinician issues and identifying solutions
  • Comfort with public speaking and ability to conduct product demos for mental health professionals
  • Passion for supporting mental health professionals and improving clinician workflows through technology

Responsibilities

  • Provide Clinical Expertise: Participate in key sales demos to communicate the clinical value of Blueprint’s platform, answering questions on measurement-informed care, AI documentation automation, and clinical decision support
  • Collaborate on Pilot Launches: Co-design and implement pilots for prospective clients, overseeing training, configuration, and workflow integration, while managing logistics for smooth rollouts
  • Support Sales Efforts: Partner with sales and business development representatives to provide clinical insights during discovery calls, proposals, and outreach activities, ensuring Blueprint's value is clearly communicated to potential customers
  • Onboard and Train Clinicians: Lead onboarding sessions for mental health clinicians, customizing training for group practices and ensuring seamless integration of Blueprint’s platform into their workflows
  • Clinical Support and Troubleshooting: Serve as key clinical point of contact for clinicians, addressing platform-related clinical concerns, and working with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
  • Collaborate with Customer Support: Assist the customer support team by providing clinical expertise on complex inquiries and helping clinicians adopt evidence-based practices through Blueprint’s tools
  • Collaborate on Clinician-Focused Content: Work with marketing teams to ensure messaging aligns with clinical realities, providing input on blogs, case studies, and other materials aimed at engaging mental health professionals
  • Shape Clinical Tone and Community Engagement: Help refine Blueprint’s tone and voice for clinician outreach, and support community-building efforts through webinars, peer support groups, and clinician-led discussions
  • Provide Product Feedback: Gather insights from clinicians to inform marketing and product teams about evolving needs and workflow improvements that can enhance the platform’s value
