Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counselling Psychology, and registration as an MSW RSW or RP with at least 2 years of post-licensure experience
• Professional liability insurance
• Reliable internet connection and a secure, private workspace
• Proficiency in delivering virtual therapy and comfort with secure telehealth platforms
• A commitment to cultural competence, diversity, equity, and inclusion
• A desire to make an impact and grow your caseload with a dedicated, skilled team

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, accessible virtual mental health care
• Deliver top-notch therapy
• Actively engage in marketing and networking efforts and building your caseload
• Work evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

Specialized experience (e.g., trauma, mood disorders, or relationship issues), certification in evidence-based modalities, or the ability to offer therapy in additional languages
