Requirements

• Be a Student or recent grad majoring in Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field
• Have a strong interest in TikTok and a sharp sense of what makes good short-form video content
• Be a Clear communicator, both written and verbal, in English
• Be Organized, reliable, able to follow through on fast-moving tasks
• Be Familiar with TikTok creators, especially in the home and lifestyle category

Responsibilities

• Match TikTok creators to campaigns based on product positioning, audience fit, and content style -- especially in the home category
• Assist in creator communication such as sending outreach messages, following up on progress, and ensuring smooth collaborations
• Support in writing product briefs, content directions, and sample scripts that help creators deliver engaging, conversion-focused content
• Research TikTok trends and top-performing creators to inspire campaign ideas and spark creativity
• Organize and track creator content including links, posting times, basic performance metrics
• Work closely with the operations and content team to optimize creator output and meet campaign goals

Preferred Qualifications

Have Experience writing scripts, doing creative planning, or running content projects
