Summary

The job description is for a position at HiWave, where the employee will learn all aspects of managing a TikTok page and create content. They will gain hands-on experience from the Resident TikTok Creator and have the opportunity to contribute to building the company. Responsibilities include understanding brand personality, scheduling and monitoring content calendars, creating content, being available for video shoots, assisting with editing and production, analyzing TikTok statistics, staying updated on trends, and pitching video ideas.

Requirements

• Have experience building business Instagram profiles and using content calendars
• Be extremely passionate for online marketing and video production
• Love TikTok
• Have flexibility to be available in NYC for content shooting times (necessary)

Responsibilities

• Understand brand personality
• Schedule and monitor content calendar
• Creation of content - capture photos and videos for posts
• Be available to meet and act in videos
• Assist in editing, filming, & production
• Learn about filming and editing process
• Analyze TikTok algorithm and business platform statistics
• Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends
• Pitch video ideas and contribute to creativity

Preferred Qualifications

Have a media studies degree / an emphasis in video production
