Summary

Join Cabify's People team as their Global Total Rewards Manager and contribute to designing, implementing, and reviewing compensation and benefits policies globally. You will lead the design of company-wide compensation policies, manage social benefits, and diagnose and propose alternative compensation models. Responsibilities include defining salary bands, conducting market competitiveness studies, performing salary reviews, and participating in salary surveys. You will also value job positions, design compensation reports, and collaborate with other departments to adapt salary policies to business needs. This role requires a university degree (preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources), at least 5 years of relevant experience, advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Requirements

  • University degree (preferably ADE, RRLL)
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Advanced Excel and Google sheets and mastery of information processing tools
  • High analytical, problem-solving and proactive capacity, as well as skills in planning and organization, strategic vision, critical vision, impact and influence, results orientation, teamwork and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead the company's remuneration policies globally, in line with the business strategy, contributing to the objective of attracting the required new profiles, as well as retaining and motivating Cabify employees
  • Manage the company's social benefits policy as well as agreements for employees with suppliers
  • Diagnose, design and propose different alternatives in terms of remuneration models regarding fixed, variable and social benefits, in kind and flexible
  • Define salary bands for new hires, promotions and movements within the organization
  • Conduct external competitiveness studies and reports and compensation proposals to improve the system
  • Carry out periodic salary review and increase processes
  • Participate in market salary surveys
  • Job valuation
  • Design and supervise the company's remuneration and salary gap report
  • Work hand in hand with the rest of the company's departments to understand the new needs of the business and adapt the salary policy to the business moment of the organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the tech sector
  • Knowledge of the Personio HR management program
