Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance or related fields is required
  • 5+ years of experience in Total Rewards
  • Highly proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
  • Self-directed with the ability to work autonomously on several projects concurrently
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans and programs
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of compensation and benefits packages
  • Manage annual salary review processes, propose and update bonus programs, and other incentive schemes
  • Design and implement performance-based compensation and bonus structure, annual short and long term incentives for different departments of the organization
  • Collaborate with finance to implement the Companyโ€™s job architecture aligned with market trends
  • Partner with recruitment and finance to provide guidance on compensation matters, including job evaluations and salary offers
  • Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to negotiate contracts and manage relationships related to compensation and benefits services
  • Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management on compensation trends, budget utilization, and cost projections
  • Stay informed about legislative changes and market trends affecting compensation and benefits practices, recommending adjustments as necessary
  • Manage the leadership team's compensation activities and payroll

Preferred Qualifications

  • Global experience is preferred
  • Comfort with a fast-paced environment, leading transformations
  • Future-focused, thinking ahead and anticipating risks and opportunities
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; must be able to manage time and workload effectively to meet deadlines
