Summary
Join Ideals, a global B2B SaaS company, as a Total Rewards Specialist (Middle) based remotely in India. You will play a key role in maintaining competitive compensation strategies across 20 countries. Responsibilities include updating salary benchmarks, conducting market research, administering pay reviews, and providing data-driven insights. This position requires 2-4 years of experience in global compensation, proficiency with benchmarking platforms (Mercer, Korn Ferry), and excellent communication skills. Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in developing global compensation ranges using data from providers
- Proficiency with Mercer, Korn Ferry platforms, and reports
- Experience in developing compensation ranges at least for 2 countries
- At least C1 level English proficiency, both spoken and written
- Experience with HRIS or other HR systems
- High focus on data quality and strong attention to detail
- Flexibility and excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Continuously update and monitor salary benchmarks for current and upcoming positions to ensure market competitiveness
- Oversee relationships with benchmarking service providers to ensure accurate and up-to-date data
- Conduct market trend research and their analysis to anticipate shifts in benchmarks and benefits for adjustment of compensation strategies accordingly
- Pay review process administration and participate in its optimization
- Deliver actionable people analytics insights (with a focus on the rewards area) and reports to support informed decision-making
- Create rewards-related documentation and process description
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with IT profiles and compensation structures
- Familiarity with reports from Ernst & Young, AON, WTW, and local providers
- Skills in analyzing and creating benefits packages
