Benefits Specialist

Summary

As a Benefits Manager, you will launch new benefits programs, manage existing policies, and build relationships with vendors. You will also develop support materials, serve as a subject matter expert, and create new processes to support Deel's growth. This role requires 3+ years of experience in benefits management, strong communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Benefits, including time spent as a broker or consultant managing multiple clients, and time spent at a large start up
• Ability to build strong partnerships, influence decisions, and communicate complex work in a clear and concise manner across a variety of audiences
• High level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail
• Operational experience running benefits plans
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Data driven; advanced Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Launch new benefits programs from scratch
• Project manage renewals of existing policies
• Manage relationships with vendors and partners
• Develop materials to support Deel’s benefits offerings
• Tackle special projects within the benefits space
• Serve as a subject matter expert on all things benefits
• Create new processes to support Deel’s ever-growing operations
• Support clients in finding benefits solutions that are a good fit for their needs
• Resolve complex cross-team queries

Preferred Qualifications

• You have experience building consumer/business facing products where you have to think about customer experience and growth
