Join Kruze Consulting as their Total Rewards Specialist, a fully remote position within the U.S., focusing on compensation and benefits for their 180-person global workforce. You will be the go-to expert for all compensation and benefits questions, acting as a center of excellence throughout the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include managing benefits, compensation analysis, payroll review, HR systems maintenance, onboarding/offboarding, labor law compliance, and global policy communication. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of HR experience, 2+ years using Rippling, and hands-on total rewards experience. Requirements
- 3+ years of full-time human resources/people operations experience
- 2+ years of experience using Rippling as an administrator
- 2+ years of experience in a corporate environment with 100 to 300 employees
- Hands-on experience with Total Rewards – both compensation (base & bonuses) and health benefits
- A strong understanding of people policies, procedures, compliance, and Federal/state labor laws
Responsibilities
- Manage benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, FSA, S/LTD) and other total rewards
- Conduct compensation analysis and management in Payscale's PayFactors platform
- Review automated payroll cycles for accuracy and changes/additions in Rippling
- Maintain HR systems (HRIS and other people tech)
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and leaves of absence, and associated process improvements
- Ensure labor law compliance and reporting
- Liaise with immigration attorneys to facilitate U.S. Visa applications/sponsorship
- Develop and communicate global policies and internal communications
- Manage other employee lifecycle processes
- Participate in internal meetings, training, and professional development
- Build a job description library and create, update, and/or publish ~50 job descriptions
- Provide substantial project management of the 2025 health benefits open enrollment process
- Participate in the mid-year 2025 compensation analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
- Experience administering the Payscale Payfactors compensation platform
- Experience working in a firm running on EOS - the Entrepreneurial Operating System
- Progress towards or attainment of a human resources-related designation
- Experience working with a globally diverse contingent workforce with freelance contractors
- Experience in a professional service firm (accounting, consulting, law firm, marketing/advertising, etc.)
- Experience with a deep HR tech stack (We use Lever ATS, Payscale, Bonusly, Trello (workflows), Spoke LMS)
