Trading Operations Manager

Summary

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in trade operations or related field
• Experience working with Web3 exchange platforms, decentralised exchanges, and NFT marketplaces
• Knowledge of trading platforms and methods in Web3 including different L1 chains, bridging, and cross-chain trading
• Strong understanding of trade operations and trading risk management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively

Responsibilities

• Manage trade operations within our Digital Asset team including daily trade reconciliation and daily P&L tracking
• Oversee trade processing and documentation to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Coordinate with the internal trading teams and external partners to execute trade transactions efficiently
• Monitor open trades to optimize trade processes
• Resolve any trade-related issues or discrepancies that may arise

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Economics is a plus
