Trading Operations Specialist

Summary

Join PENN Entertainment's Risk and Trading Operations team as a Risk and Trading Operations Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their sports betting platforms. This 24/7 position involves monitoring and troubleshooting issues across various functions, including trading, marketing, and customer support. You'll be responsible for reviewing odds boosts, specials, and branded markets, monitoring in-play markets for live events, and working with other teams to add new markets. This role requires a post-secondary degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, extensive sports knowledge, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree, or equivalent work experience
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays
• Experience in customer service
• Extensive sports knowledge, particularly with regards to the four major professional sports leagues
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Must be computer savvy
• Experience using iPhone and Android devices on a daily basis
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on planned schedule

Responsibilities

• Daily review of Odds Boosts, Specials, and Branded Markets
• Daily review of all daily betting content
• Monitoring in-play markets for all live events
• Monitoring rich data for all pre-game and live events
• Triage production issues related to Risk & Trading and rich data
• Work with Trading, Compliance, and Marketing Teams to add new markets
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of esports is considered an asset
