Join Wishpond Technologies as a fully remote Operations Specialist and support the Account Management team's daily operations. You will play a crucial role in process automation, data analysis, and operational optimization, working closely with the Senior Account Director. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining automated workflows using Zapier, gathering and analyzing key performance metrics, creating reports and dashboards, and providing data-driven recommendations. You will also conduct initial interviews for Account Manager candidates. This position requires 1-2 years of experience in operations, data analysis, or process automation, along with strong Google Sheets proficiency and Zapier experience. Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in operations, data analysis, or process automation
  • Hands-on experience with the Zapier automation platform
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, including: Data modelling and analysis, Formula creation and pivot tables, Dashboard creation and visualization
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot automation issues
  • As part of a diverse team, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Organized, administratively strong, great time management, and have solid writing, phone, and general communication skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of a second language is considered an asset
  • Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting
  • Experience with Zapier or similar automation platforms
  • Familiarity with AI processes
  • Basic understanding of data modelling principles
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics and KPIs

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain automated workflows using Zapier to streamline Account Management operations
  • Gather and analyze key performance metrics, including client retention, campaign performance, and response times
  • Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to track operational efficiency and team KPIs
  • Model and manipulate data in Google Sheets to provide actionable insights for the Account Management team
  • Monitor and optimize existing automations to ensure consistent performance and reliability
  • Collaborate with the Account Management Director to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Support the Account Management team with data-driven recommendations and operational insights
  • Maintain documentation for all automated processes and reporting procedures
  • Conduct the first round of interviews for Account Manager candidates
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with other automation tools (Make, Microsoft Power Automate)
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing platforms
  • Basic SQL or database query experience
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau)
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics and client success principles
  • Familiar with Wishpond’s ecosystem
