Trainee

Summary

Join Manay CPA's Long Term Trainee Program and gain practical experience in a fast-growing, full-service American CPA firm. This two-month program offers opportunities in Accounting/Tax, People & Culture, Marketing, and Business Development & Sales. You will work on a meaningful project, learn soft and technical skills, receive mentorship, and a performance evaluation. The program is fully remote in Turkey with flexible hours and includes a monthly stipend. Upon completion, trainees may be offered full-time or part-time employment. Manay CPA is an international firm offering a global investment network.

Requirements

• 4th-year students or new graduates from a relevant university program
• As we are an international firm, applicants must have a professional level of English
• Motivated candidates who wish to learn about US systems and want to further their career in a global environment
• Applicants should have some flexibility with working hours as our office is based in Georgia, therefore, the working hours will align with EST time zone

Responsibilities

• Research topics relevant to their department according to the US system
• Learn company platforms and programs. We love technology!
• Work with a team to resolve issues, learning about the full cycle of the department, and
• Complete a job-related project by the end of their traineeship!

• Some knowledge and experience in relevant fields is a plus!
