Validate incoming change requests related to IT service operations, working with various ticketing systems like SNOW. Monitor functional mailboxes and process incoming emails. Collaborate with change management, technical support, and stakeholders throughout the change lifecycle. Facilitate meetings and ensure successful change planning, execution, and completion. Monitor processes, suggest improvements, and participate in internal and customer projects. This is a part-time opportunity.
Requirements
- Active (or passive under 25) full-time student status
- Commitment to at least 20 hours of work per week
- German (B2) and English (B2) language knowledge
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in team
- Logical way of thinking
- Certification of good conduct
Responsibilities
- Validate the incoming change requests (e.g. infrastructure, network in IT service operations)
- Working in various ticketing systems (SNOW etc.)
- Monitoring Functional Mailboxes and processing incoming e-mails
- Cooperation with the Change Managements, Technical support units and other stakeholders during the whole change lifecycle
- Facilitate meetings with resolution team and customer
- Responsible for successful planning, execution, and completion of changes
- Monitoring the processes and make improvement suggestions
- Taking part of internal and customer projects
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Service now is an advantage
