Requirements

• Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher), with exceptional communication and presentation skills
• A strong background in customer support, training, or teaching
• Passion for learning and a knack for making complex topics clear and engaging
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a talent for project management and coordination
• Strong problem-solving skills and the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative mindset: works well with stakeholders across departments and values teamwork
• Ability to design training materials and documentation that communicate information simply and effectively

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to onboard and upskill team members and partners
• Manage and update our knowledge base, ensuring information is accurate, accessible, and up-to-date
• Collaborate with product, support, and compliance teams to translate updates into user-friendly training materials
• Create a variety of support resources, from FAQs to troubleshooting guides, tailored to diverse audiences
• Continuously improve training and knowledge materials through feedback and performance analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the FinTech industry
• Experience with regulated environments
• Experience in consulting or a fast-growing start-up
