Requirements

  • 1+ years experience as an Onboarding Specialist, Trainer, Implementation Manager, or Customer Success at a rapidly growing SaaS company
  • Experience in building and performing live training sessions both virtually and in-person
  • Proven track record of getting things done for clients and driving customer value
  • Stellar communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Deep commitment to driving an exceptional customer experience
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with partners across Sales, CX, Product, and Engineering teams

Responsibilities

  • Work one-on-one with customers to seamlessly onboard them to Pallet
  • Lead virtual and onsite group training sessions to help customers realize the full value of Pallet
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to improve and troubleshoot customer issues
  • Provide feedback on product enhancements
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of processes and best practices
