Requirements
- Excellent English skills (C1 for both spoken and written)
- 1-3 years of experience in Training Lead Role
- Analytical and research skills
- Positive, responsible and proactive attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the training process, work with large group of trainees
- Create an engaging environment for trainees to participate and share/provide feedback
- Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures
- Optimizing training processes for efficiency
