Requirements

  • Demonstrated Quality Assurance, Software Testing/Automation, and Quality Engineering expertise
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering effective adult training programs
  • Skilled in designing knowledge retention strategies and innovative learning solutions
  • Familiarity with various Learning Management Systems (LMS) and their integration with other platforms
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in public speaking, live facilitation, and presentations
  • A proactive, self-motivated problem solver who thrives in independent execution
  • Ability to quickly understand new processes and concepts, ensuring effective training delivery
  • Strong collaboration skills with a track record of fostering relationships across teams

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver training and learning programs tailored for various audiences, including the delivery team, freelancers, and other stakeholders
  • Develop innovative knowledge retention and verification solutions within the delivery team, ensuring alignment with the company's fast-paced and high-aspiration processes
  • Facilitate live training sessions for new-joiner onboarding and ongoing knowledge and skill development for the existing team
  • Manage Learning Management Systems, such as EasyGenerator and Confluence Smart Courses, and ensure their seamless integration with Testlio’s platform and systems
  • Research and identify suitable external training programs to address specific learning needs and enhance the team's expertise
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify function- and role-specific training and learning needs. Work alongside the Documentation Specialist to ensure seamless integration of guidelines into training programs
  • Assess and analyze Delivery training and learning needs to improve individual performance and ensure organizational productivity
  • Communicate effectively with team members and all stakeholders to ensure that training and learning objectives, timelines, and goals are met
  • Track training progress and support successful completion
  • Design and apply evaluation tools to measure learning effectiveness
  • Promote continuous learning and improvement
