Sales Enablement Training Specialist

Summary

Join Paytronix's Sales Enablement team as an energetic and collaborative individual to support go-to-market teams. This role focuses on strategically enhancing and scaling end-to-end processes, impacting sales team onboarding, training, coaching, and development. You will design and implement training programs, conduct engaging sessions, onboard new team members, assess training needs, create training materials, and provide ongoing coaching. Success requires experience in sales training and development, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in creating engaging training content. The ideal candidate will possess a growth mindset and a passion for continuous development.

Requirements

• Experience: (2+ years) in sales training, enablement, training & development, or sales related roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Proven experience in sales and/or sales training, with a track record of success
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, comfortable speaking to groups of various sizes
• Experience in creating engaging training content using various formats and technologies
• Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Mindtickle
• A growth mindset and passion for learning and a commitment to the continuous development of yourself and others

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sr. Manager of Sales Training & Development design, develop, and implement training programs that cover product knowledge, sales techniques, tools, and processes to enhance the performance of the sales team
• Conduct engaging training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, to ensure both leaders and sales representatives are equipped with essential skills and knowledge to drive performance forward
• Execute sales onboarding training for new sales team members to ensure they have a strong foundation and understanding of our products and sales processes to attain their time-to-contribution expectations of leadership
• Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to assess training needs and identify knowledge gaps within the sales team to tailor ongoing training initiatives and programs accordingly
• Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and other resources that effectively communicate key concepts and skills
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, adjusting as necessary to ensure continuous improvement
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to reinforce learning and facilitate practical application of skills in real-world settings
• Keep current with industry trends, sales methodologies, and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and effective
• Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product, to ensure alignment in messaging and resources provided to the sales team

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Mindtickle
• Experience in coaching to MEDDICC and/or other sales methodologies
• Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and BoostUp
