Summary

Join Qualia's Title Services team as a Transaction Coordinator, managing title orders from start to finish. You will oversee searches, examinations, and curative processes, ensuring accurate communication between internal teams, external vendors, and customers. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, a working knowledge of title processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This remote role offers a base salary of $70,000-$80,000 plus a competitive equity and benefits package. Requirements

  • 3 or more years of experience in title and settlement or real estate transaction coordination
  • Experience doing title work in TN, FL, and/or OH
  • Understanding of title search, examination, and curative processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities

  • Manage title orders from receipt through search, examination, curative, and clear-to-close phases
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors throughout the transaction lifecycle
  • Coordinate with internal title searchers, examiners, and curative team members to ensure timely processing of orders
  • Monitor order progress and proactively communicate status updates and document requirements to clients
  • Review title commitments and ensure accurate data entry into the title production system
  • Track and follow up on outstanding items needed to complete title processing and clear title for closing
  • Ensure compliance with state-specific requirements, underwriter guidelines, and customer expectations
  • Update systems and maintain accurate notes and documentation related to the transaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions
  • Assist with escalations and resolve order-related issues in a timely manner

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Qualia’s software and suite of products
  • Familiarity with working in a remote, deadline-driven team environment
