Join Valiantys as a Transformation Consulting Director and lead the expansion of our IT and business transformation services. This pivotal role involves shaping Valiantys' transformation offering, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will structure and enhance solutions, leveraging our existing portfolio and developing new offerings. This remote position reports to the COO and Executive VP EMEA. You will build and scale a high-performing team, position Valiantys as a market leader, and ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and expertise in modern technologies, including AI and cloud solutions.

Responsibilities
- Define and structure a comprehensive IT and business transformation offering centered on the Atlassian stack and adjacent technologies
- Leverage existing packaged solutions (e.g., Cloud Transformation, ITSM Transformation)
- Design and deliver end-to-end transformation frameworks
- Integrate technical and business transformation into a unified value proposition for clients
- Partner with internal practices (e.g., Cloud Transformation, ITSM) to align on methodologies and delivery frameworks
- Develop and execute a robust go-to-market strategy for the transformation offering
- Build and scale a high-performing team of transformation consultants
- Identify talent gaps, recruit top performers, and ensure continuous development through leadership, training and mentorship
- Position Valiantys as a market leader in Atlassian-powered transformations
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to articulate the value proposition and generate client interest
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring alignment between their business objectives and the transformation roadmap
- Drive client satisfaction and project success through structured delivery and measurable outcomes
