Travel Scheduler

Summary

Join Sprinter Health as a Travel Scheduler to manage end-to-end travel coordination for mobile phlebotomists and clinicians. This temporary role (2-3 months) involves coordinating flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries. You will act as the primary point of contact for Sprinters, resolving travel issues and communicating itinerary changes. The role requires expertise in complex travel agenda coordination and strong problem-solving and communication skills. This is a remote position offering competitive hourly pay and benefits including company-paid medical, holidays, and paid sick time, along with a completion bonus.

Requirements

• Proven Expertise : At least one year of experience coordinating complex travel agendas
• Problem Solving : High attention to detail and ability to spot and solve logistical gaps
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Excellent communication skills and experience working with diverse teams across an organization

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end travel coordination for Sprinters, including flights, hotel bookings, ground transportation, and itinerary management, serving as their primary point of contact
• Coordinate travel for both short-term assignments and long-term deployments across the US
• Source and secure lodging and meeting spaces for training events
• Create and distribute immaculate itineraries for all travel assignments that include all the details of the trip and information about destination
• Act as the first line of support for travel-related issues, cancellations, or change...often in real time
• Communicate itineraries and changes clearly to Sprinters, Clinical Managers, and Market Operations leads

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Calendar, Docs, etc.)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with project management platforms such as ClickUp, Notion, Asana, Jira, etc
