Associate Account Executive, Market Access

Summary
Join Precision AQ as an Assistant Account Executive and contribute to the success of our clients by implementing and managing projects efficiently. You will be responsible for monitoring workflows, maintaining account organization, serving as a client point of contact, processing financial tasks, and staying informed about product knowledge and competitor strategies. This role requires a Bachelor's degree (Marketing or Communication preferred), pharmaceutical/healthcare experience, and agency experience. This is a remote position with occasional travel to NY, Boston, or Costa Mesa for team and client meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs Degree - (Marketing or Communication focused preferred)
- Commutable to NY, Boston or Costa Mesa office for team and client meetings as needed
Responsibilities
- Monitors the workflow of all assigned accounts to ensure jobs are on track and completed accurately
- Maintains account organization (timelines, scheduling meetings, pool organization, status reports)
- Serves as the point of contact when other team members are not available
- Builds rapport and credibility with clients
- Processes signatures , opens jobs and works with Accounting to produce client invoices
- Understands product category and competitors; keeps abreast of what competitors are doing
- Observation and interest in strategy
Preferred Qualifications
- Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Experience preferred
- 1 Year of Agency Experience preferred
