Summary

Join Envato as an Enterprise Sales Associate and contribute to the success of our Elements product. You will be responsible for qualifying marketing qualified leads (MQLs), researching accounts, prospecting leads, managing objections, and progressing the sales pipeline. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience with marketing automation platforms, and a proven track record in sales. You will partner with marketing, maintain accurate CRM records, and develop a strategic approach to customer development. Requirements

  • +2 years of experience in sales development, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Close.io , Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, and HubSpot
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and a high degree of drive, energy, and passion for sales
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and resources effectively
  • A growth mindset and a willingness to learn new skills
  • The ability to sustain a volume of activity every day
  • Experience in educating customers on industry trends and articulating the value proposition and ROI for our products
  • Ability to find new connections within large and fast-growing companies
  • Excellent English and Spanish in both written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

  • Qualify MQLs generated by the sales development team (SDR’s)
  • Research accounts before the first meeting to understand the prospect's needs
  • Prospect leads via email, phone, and other communication channels to schedule meetings to meet and exceed an established quota
  • Manage and overcome objections from potential buyers
  • Demonstrate consistent daily habits of progressing the sales pipeline through sales stages, including implementing detailed next steps for each opportunity
  • Partner with marketing to manage outbound campaigns to increase lead volume
  • Demonstrate a strategic approach to developing the customer, looking beyond short-term targets to build a pipeline of sufficient size to exceed sales goals
  • Maintain and update accurate records in CRM
