Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of one year, preferably 2+ years, of proven success in a metrics driven sales or staffing environment

Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract, screen, and onboard physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists
- Proactively contact and recruit prospective therapists to establish relationships, understand their needs and qualify them for job opportunities
- Educate prospective therapists on the personal and professional benefits of a travel healthcare career
- Generate leads through various recruiting channels, strategic planning and referrals
- Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement
- Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
- Candidate-centered mentality and passion for customer service
