Summary
Join Zicasso, a leading luxury travel company, as a Traveler Care Support Specialist! This fully remote, freelance contractor position, based outside the US (ideally in Argentina, Costa Rica, Brazil, or Colombia), focuses on optimizing the Traveler Care Team's efficiency. You will perform data entry, manage traveler reviews, handle travel insurance, coordinate flights, communicate with travelers, prepare documents, assist the Care Team, and contribute to customer success. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in English and Google Workspace, and 3-5 years of professional experience. Flexibility in work hours is offered, but alignment with Colorado hours is preferred. Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional work experience
- Excellent fluency in oral and written English
- Detail-oriented and strives to achieve quality, error-free work
- Ability to work remotely – both independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong customer service focused skills
- Adaptable to different styles of communication and traveler behaviors
- A cheerful and confident person who naturally builds relationships
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable with technology and readily able to learn and adapt to the use of new software
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic; ready and willing to put in extra effort in a start-up environment to drive company success
- Can-do, flexible attitude
- Thorough knowledge of Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) (e.g. Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry with high accuracy (e.g. enter data provided directly from customers and colleagues, update existing data, verify data by comparing it to source documents, etc.)
- Organize and coordinate traveler reviews process, ensuring timely follow-ups, reviewing, etc
- Maintain our travel insurance program, generate insurance quotes, and provide travelers with appropriate information
- Coordinate flight requests with flight specialists
- Engage and communicate effectively with travelers through various channels, including online chat or other methods as needed
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, and emails
- Assist Zicasso’s Care Team members with various administrative tasks
- Assist in resolving and tracking customer opportunities
- Learn to utilize Zicasso’s data, analytics, and technology to create new standards of customer success and excellence for the luxury travel industry
Preferred Qualifications
- Passionate about travel -- highly desirable if you have traveled abroad extensively and have a strong curiosity about new international destinations
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
