Trust & Security Program Operations Analyst

Summary

Join Pax8 as a Trust and Security Program Operations Analyst and collaborate with the Director to manage daily operations of the Trust and Security program. You will be responsible for streamlining operations, driving key initiatives, managing projects, and ensuring program goals are achieved. This critical role ensures effective processes for planning, oversight, metrics, and budget. Responsibilities include scheduling and planning department meetings, overseeing team resources and projects, identifying process improvements, managing the onboarding program, and tracking key activities and deadlines. You will also drive implementation of security initiatives, track project progress, establish success metrics, and manage internal and external communication. The ideal candidate possesses at least two years of relevant experience, proficiency in collaboration tools, and exceptional organizational and project management skills. A B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent experience is required.

Requirements

• At least two (2) years of relevant experience (e.g., project management, program operations, GRC, security analyst)
• Proficiency in collaboration tools and project management methodologies
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and technologies
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues
• B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Schedule, plan, and run department meetings and events, ensuring efficient time management
• Oversee team resources, budget, and project, roadmaps, quarterly OKRs and capability service catalogs across Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Platform Security, Security Architecture, and Security Operations
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the security organization
• Manage our department onboarding program
• Identity key activities and deadlines on the calendar, and ensure we are prepared for them in advance
• Project Management and Execution: Drive the successful implementation of key security initiatives and projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources
• Prioritize and track project progress, communicating updates and roadblocks to the Director of Trust and Security Program Operations and stakeholders
• Establish clear success metrics and develop reporting mechanisms to track project effectiveness
• Communication and Engagement: Develop and manage internal and external communication plans related to security initiatives and updates
• Create presentations around program status and roadmap for use within the team, and with stakeholders and leadership
• Foster a collaborative and cohesive culture within the security team, promoting effective communication and teamwork
