UI/UX Analyst

Summary

Join World Business Lenders (WBL) as a remote UX/UI Designer and design intuitive user interfaces for our web-based software platforms. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI standards. This contract/consultancy position offers PTO and a salary between $1000 and $1500 USD. The position requires excellent English communication skills and experience with Adobe XD or Figma. Working hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm ET, Monday-Friday.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing user interfaces for web-based applications
• Must have experience with Adobe XD or Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping
• Strong understanding of Material Design framework and principles
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype user interfaces for web-based software applications, ensuring usability and visual consistency
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into user-friendly designs
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions
• Maintain and contribute to design systems, style guides, and UI standards across projects

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Atomic Design methodology is a plus
