Upselling Specialist

Summary

Join Booksy's global team and become an Upselling Specialist, promoting and selling the Booksy Boost product to active subscribers. You will conduct thorough customer research, engage in sales conversations (phone and online), and present comprehensive product offers. This role requires strong sales experience, excellent knowledge of Booksy and Booksy Boost, and proficiency in Salesforce. Fluency in English is essential for seamless communication within the company. Requirements

• Very good knowledge of Booksy product and Booksy Boost
• Around 2-4 years of Sales experience
• Knowledge and skills in sales techniques
• Good knowledge of Salesforce (conducting sales funnel, working on sales leads, reporting own activities, analysis of charts and sales and commission reports)
• Ability to proactively use social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
• Conversational level English language skills

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the Booksy Boost product in accordance with company guidelines
• Maintain and develop the customer base
• Conduct research about customers and collect all relevant information
• Conduct sales conversations (both phone and online)
• Present the full offers about Booksy Boost with active Booksy subscribers who are not flagged for fraud and do not currently have Booksy Boost activated
