User Acquisition Manager

Summary

The job is for a User Acquisition Manager at Libertex Group, an international fintech company with over 25 years of experience and 3M+ clients worldwide. The role involves managing paid campaigns on various social networks to attract and acquire new users, analyzing market trends, optimizing acquisition channels, and more. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Paid Social Media, with a focus on Facebook Ads, and a degree in Marketing or a relevant field.

Requirements

• Fluent English
• Degree in Marketing or any other relevant field will be a great advantage
• At least 2 years of experience in Paid Social Media with many focus on Facebook Ads with direct response advertising with a focus on mobile paid social

Responsibilities

• Manage daily execution of paid campaigns on social networks: Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest etc
• Create, maintain and grow campaigns across multiple brands while hitting ROAS goals
• Actively test and analyze targeting, ad creatives, landing pages, and different approaches to drive results in app campaigns (Android, iOS)
• Analyze campaign performance KPIs on a regular basis to evaluate the success of our campaigns against set goals
• Manage full-cycle of creatives development (including UGC)
• Leverage your understanding of how Paid Social channels impact the overall client media mix and directly/indirectly influence top-level business objectives of the client

Preferred Qualifications

Experience within the Forex, Fintech, Financial Services or Marketing Agencies will be a great advantage
