User Experience (UX) Designer

Summary

Join our team as a hands-on and creative User Experience Design contractor to grow our successful Marketing Automation Suite for multi-family owners and operators. You will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to design intuitive interfaces and seamless user experiences.

Requirements

• You have 5+ years of UX product design with a portfolio showcasing the impact of your work on the business
• You have experience working on a small design team and 'doing it all', with hands-on experience in every phase of the design process
• Speed is in your DNA; you enjoy being part of a team where urgency is the default setting - you think about how you can get it done today instead of tomorrow and how to get it done tomorrow instead of next week
• You enjoy going deep on both UX and UI work
• You're a clear communicator and enjoy working closely with partners across teams, particularly in engineering and product
• You've invested in your craft and have experience with SaaS products, preferably in marketing technology or data-driven applications, with a proven ability to simplify complex problems

Responsibilities

• Design new features all the way from concept to finalized pixels
• Create high-fidelity designs and refine those for delivery to the development team
• Work directly with engineering to ensure a feature gets built, balancing your design, technical feasibility, and user value
