Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in marketing, content design, journalism, or communications
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and tools such as Figma, Sketch, Mural, or Miro
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills are a must, including comfort with writing for both professional and consumer audiences
  • Must have ability to collaborate cross-functionally, especially with technical teams

Responsibilities

  • Craft Behavioral Science-Informed Content: With direction from our behavioral scientists create and proofread engaging, evidence-based copy for various formats, including email, SMS, push notifications, chatbots, landing pages, call center scripts, consulting reports, internal documentation, and marketing materials
  • Collaborative Content Refinement: Work closely with clients and interdisciplinary teams, including behavioral design and research, to incorporate feedback and ensure content aligns with project objectives
  • Ensure Clarity and Compliance: Conduct thorough reviews of all copy to ensure alignment with health literacy standards, Lirioโ€™s behavioral design framework, and client-specific requirements
  • Quality Assurance and Content Organization: Implement a rigorous quality assurance process encompassing proofreading, editing, tagging, and organizing content to ensure accuracy and consistency before intervention launches
  • Conduct Content Audits: Work closely with the behavioral scientists to improve old content libraries and ensure copy is both scientifically accurate and adheres to our current content best practices
  • Work with Lirioโ€™s content management system (CMS) to store, organize, tag, update, and refine content
  • Maintain CMS technical quality standards and guidelines
  • Collaborate with Lirioโ€™s technical teams to inform improvements to the CMS
  • Document content guidelines, standards, and processes to facilitate consistent and scalable content creation
  • Maintain proper documentation of client needs and project statuses
  • Maintain an issue log and inform improvements to the CMS, content development, and QA processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience writing for diverse audiences (e.g. cross-cultural experience)
  • Background in Healthcare, digital health, and Behavioral Science or psychology
