• Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design principles and practices
• Ability to identify and address core problems before jumping into solutions
• Critical thinking skills and ability to ask the right questions
• Comfortable adapting to fast-paced, changing requirements
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially engineering
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD (or similar)
• Strong understanding of market trends to support and inform design recommendations
• Ability to take feedback well and maintain a collaborative spirit
• Experience in presenting design projects and highlighting ownership and action
