Summary
Join Doowii, a data platform for educators, as our first dedicated UX Designer and play a key role in defining how educators navigate and use our platform. You will lead the design of clear, intuitive interfaces for Kβ12 and Higher Ed users. This role requires collaborating with product managers and engineers, conducting user research, and maintaining design systems. Requirements
- 3β5 years of experience in UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design thinking and interaction design
- Expertise with using Figma
- Good understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn in a collaborative environment
- A problem-solver mindset with attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Lead design for user-centered experiences for web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand user needs and translate them into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs
- Support the creation and maintenance of design systems and style guides
- Communicate design ideas clearly through sketches, user flows, and prototypes
- Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or data visualization
- Exposure to front-end technologies like HTML/CSS
