Summary

Join DyFlex Solutions, a leading SAP Platinum Partner, as a UX Designer in a hybrid role based in Melbourne, Victoria, but open to candidates Australia-wide. You will design user-friendly interfaces for SAP BTP applications, collaborating with developers and stakeholders. Responsibilities include defining user requirements, designing interfaces using SAP Fiori and Build tools, creating prototypes, conducting user research, and advocating for UX best practices. The ideal candidate possesses proven experience designing SAP applications, a strong understanding of human-centered design, and proficiency with design tools like Figma. Requirements

  • Proven experience designing user interfaces for SAP applications, ideally using SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, or SAP Build tools(e.g., Build Apps, Build Work Zone)
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design, design thinking, and enterprise UX principles within the SAP ecosystem
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, along with experience translating designs into functional UI specifications
  • Proficiency with MIRO and being able to plan and run stakeholder design sessions early in the system development life cycle
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and stakeholder workshops to gather insights and validate design decisions
  • Ability to work in agile delivery environments, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including developers, functional consultants, and business users

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and functional consultants to define and refine user requirements for SAP BTP applications and extensions
  • Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces leveraging SAP Fiori design principles and SAP Build tools (e.g., Build Apps, Build Work Zone, Build Code)
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to validate design concepts with end users and project teams
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design reviews to ensure optimal user experience across SAP BTP solutions
  • Advocate for UX best practices, accessibility standards, and continuous improvement within agile project teams across the BTP landscape

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing for External user portals (such as Supplier / Customer Portals) would be ideal
