Summary

Join MeridianLink's UX Design team as a talented UX Designer to design and optimize user experiences for online loan and account applications. You will collaborate with developers, product teams, and clients, presenting design concepts to stakeholders and ensuring high-quality implementation. This role requires a Bachelorโ€™s degree and 2โ€“4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent. You should be proficient in design tools and possess strong judgment and decision-making skills. Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree and 2โ€“4 years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent work experience)
  • Ability to work independently on moderately complex problems and contribute to more advanced projects
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills within defined procedures and practices
  • Experience applying user input and expert knowledge to inform design decisions
  • Ability to build productive working relationships and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Familiarity with design tools and methods for creating and testing user experiences. (Figma and Axure preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Design, prototype, and test user experiences for digital financial products, with a focus on optimizing online loan and bank account applications
  • Create intuitive, visually engaging, and user-friendly interfaces that align with business goals and user needs
  • Collaborate with developers, product teams, and clients to iterate on design solutions
  • Present design concepts and decisions to internal stakeholders and defend design rationale
  • Participate in grooming sessions with development teams to ensure high-quality implementation
  • Use design tools to produce storyboards, prototypes, and templates for user testing and demonstrations
  • Review proposed product changes for alignment with UX standards and suggest improvements
