Requirements

• Experienced in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams and working directly with developers
• Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or 5+ years of equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years as a UX designer, UI designer or product designer
• Highly proficient in Figma
• Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter and highly motivated

Responsibilities

• Design innovative solutions for mobile (iOS/Android) and web apps
• Develop detailed storyboards, mock-ups, and prototypes to convey design ideas
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and other teams to create low and high-fidelity mock-ups (in Figma)
• Rapidly iterate on designs based on feedback, moving from low to high-fidelity mock-ups quickly
• Continuously improve brand and design quality
• Conduct user testing and interviews to understand user needs
• Optimize and simplify user experience and interface design

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a startup, cryptocurrency, trading, or consumer finance
