UX Designer

Summary

Join Thera, a Y Combinator 2022 company, as a UX Designer with 3–5 years of experience. You will design intuitive experiences for our suite of financial tools, collaborating with product and engineering teams. Translate complex business workflows into user-friendly interfaces. Lead UX design across Thera products, from concept to implementation. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in UX or product design
• Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex workflows and clean visual design
• Experience designing for web apps and/or business tools
• Clear communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Lead UX design across one or more Thera products, from concept to implementation
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define, prototype, and iterate on user flows
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma
• Contribute to and maintain our shared design system
• Champion user-centric thinking across the company
