Requirements

  • Proven experience in UX/UI design, preferably within e-mobility, energy, or digital services
  • Strong expertise in Figma, FigJam, and Mural for design and collaboration
  • Hands-on experience with Tokenization in Design Systems and front-end integration
  • Proficiency in PowerBI and data visualization for UX decision-making
  • Understanding of accessibility standards in Europe
  • Experience working in agile teams and managing design workflows in Azure DevOps
  • Excellent skills in wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
  • Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative UX research methods
  • Fluency in English (Dutch, German, or Swedish is a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Develop intuitive user experiences for digital products, including EV charging networks and smart grid management
  • Employ user research methods to plan, conduct, analyse and test designs based on real user feedback
  • Evolve and maintain our Tokenized Design System to ensure consistency and scalability across platforms
  • Work within an Agile team using Azure DevOps, integrating UX best practices into product development
  • Leverage data visualization tools like PowerBI to analyze user behavior and inform design strategies
  • Ensure compliance with European accessibility standards, creating designs that are user-friendly for all
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final high-fidelity designs to communicate UX concepts effectively
  • Advocate for a user-first approach while aligning design efforts with business goals and market trends in e-mobility
