Requirements
- Proven experience in UX/UI design, preferably within e-mobility, energy, or digital services
- Strong expertise in Figma, FigJam, and Mural for design and collaboration
- Hands-on experience with Tokenization in Design Systems and front-end integration
- Proficiency in PowerBI and data visualization for UX decision-making
- Understanding of accessibility standards in Europe
- Experience working in agile teams and managing design workflows in Azure DevOps
- Excellent skills in wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative UX research methods
- Fluency in English (Dutch, German, or Swedish is a plus)
Responsibilities
- Develop intuitive user experiences for digital products, including EV charging networks and smart grid management
- Employ user research methods to plan, conduct, analyse and test designs based on real user feedback
- Evolve and maintain our Tokenized Design System to ensure consistency and scalability across platforms
- Work within an Agile team using Azure DevOps, integrating UX best practices into product development
- Leverage data visualization tools like PowerBI to analyze user behavior and inform design strategies
- Ensure compliance with European accessibility standards, creating designs that are user-friendly for all
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final high-fidelity designs to communicate UX concepts effectively
- Advocate for a user-first approach while aligning design efforts with business goals and market trends in e-mobility
