Requirements

• Expert-level knowledge of Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping features, etc. 3+ years experience in the platform
• Strong understanding of design systems and best practices for creating scalable and reusable design assets
• Proficiency in responsive design for web and mobile
• Experience in developing and maintaining enterprise design systems for large-scale digital properties
• Portfolio showcasing expertise in Figma and examples of design system work
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with designers, developers, and stakeholders
• Ability to present design concepts and articulate decisions based on user and business needs
• Proven experience in UX/UI design with a focus on creating elegant, user-centered interfaces
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and inclusive design principles

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise design systems in Figma, ensuring scalability and reusability across platforms
• Create and manage reusable components, libraries, and style guides within Figma
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design consistency and seamless implementation
• Conduct design audits and implement improvements to enhance brand consistency and user experience
• Translate user requirements and wireframes into high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes
• Facilitate design workshops and provide guidance on Figma best practices
• Ensure all designs comply with accessibility standards and usability guidelines
