This part-time or full-time remote position supports the UX research team in conducting user research studies. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Sociology, Anthropology)
  • 1+ years of experience in UX research or a related field (internships and academic projects are considered)
  • Basic understanding of UX research methodologies and tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for understanding user needs and behaviors
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in using standard research and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Qualtrics, Figma)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing qualitative and quantitative user research studies, including interviews, usability tests, and surveys
  • Help create research materials such as screeners, discussion guides, and surveys
  • Participate in moderating and leading research sessions
  • Assist in analyzing research data to identify patterns, insights, and actionable recommendations
  • Support the synthesis of research findings into clear and concise reports and presentations
  • Help create personas, journey maps, and other deliverables to communicate research insights
  • Assist in recruiting research participants and managing logistics for research sessions
  • Ensure participants receive clear communication and a positive experience throughout the research process
