Summary

Join a dynamic team of designers and engineers at MentorMate as a UX Writer, creating engaging content for an omni-channel user experience across various platforms. As a key member of the Design team, you will collaborate with other design team members, product team members, project managers, and other collaborators to ensure seamless integration of content within the user experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce engaging and persuasive content for an omni-channel user experience across various platforms, such as chatbot, IVR, SMS, email, or digital/web
• Collaborate with other design team members, product team members, project managers, and other collaborators to ensure the seamless integration of content within the user experience
• Create copy based on user feedback, usability testing, and metrics to continuously optimize and improve the user experience
• Conduct A/B testing on copy to gather insights and make data-driven decisions on content effectiveness
• Utilize proofreading skills to ensure accuracy and maintain consistency across all client artifacts
• Leverage the brand tone and voice to create deliverables unique to each client and within brand guidelines
• Advocate for efficient, inclusive, and high-quality content development practices and processes that meet accessibility standards
• Refine compelling content to balance communication needs against parameters such as word count, reading level, channel limitations, and industry/client constraints
• Work within channel best practices to ensure optimal content presentation and user engagement
• Adapt and thrive in fast-paced and complex client production cycles
• Perform additional duties as assigned, to contribute to the team and project's success
