Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product/service marketing, technical marketing, or a related role in the technology or services industry
- Strong understanding of quality engineering, software testing, cybersecurity, AI, Automation or related fields
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing content strategies and content focused ABM and campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing messages
- Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and data analysis
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable leveraging AI and have experience of using AI content related tool to produce content more efficiently
- A creative writer and proof reader – happy to support non-native English speaking colleagues to ensure relevance and quality
Responsibilities
- Working with our technical service practice leads, develop compelling positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences
- Take ownership of the messaging and copy for our website, working closely with our digital marketing team to keep the website up to date
- Create and maintain marketing collateral, including brochures, videos, presentations, and data sheets
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new solution/service launches and feature updates
- Collaborate with practice leads and sales teams to agree and produce the relevant external and internal collateral required
- Produce high-quality content, including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, webinars, and videos, to support marketing campaigns
- Manage and update content on the company’s website and other digital platforms
- Leverage design and video content skills from within our central team, but work with agencies if and when required
- Work with the Sales Operations team to deliver training materials and sales tools to equip the sales team with the knowledge and resources they need to sell effectively
- Support sales efforts by providing technical expertise and participating in customer presentations and demos
- Work with the ABM and Field Marketing colleagues to help plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, events, etc.) to drive lead generation and brand awareness
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities, making data-driven adjustments as needed
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Work with our Insight & Research analyst to help identify proof points, trends, customer needs, as well as to understand the competitive landscape and create messaging
- Analyse market data to develop insights and strategies for product positioning and differentiation
