Vendor Management Intern

Summary

Join Assured Guaranty as an intern in Vendor Management to provide administrative support, assist with day-to-day workflow, and work on summer projects. The ideal candidate is a student pursuing a bachelor's degree with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Student currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously and present assignments concisely and accurately
• Ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently (maintaining accountability over the task at hand)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Populate vendor records on ProcessUnity with tax IDs, correct vendor names to match documentation (as applicable)
• Maintain vendor records in OneDrive
• Create and terminate, as applicable, users in the ProcessUnity platform
• Assist with updating current active vendor contacts for annual Human Rights Notice
• Assist Analyst with internal/external chasing regarding 2025 vendor renewals and applicable security assessments
• Assist with general preparation for 2026 (pull report of vendors up for renewal and begin compiling applicable contracts, determining what security documents will need to be requested, etc.)
