Responsibilities
- Interacting with vendor and carrier inquiries
- Engage with internal customer-facing teams to provide insightful analysis and recommendations, offer prompt resolutions to queries or challenges, and direct teams to the appropriate resources or departments for further assistance or expertise
- Engage with brands and customers as necessary; request missing information and promptly respond to inquiries, ensuring effective communication and satisfactory resolution of queries
- Investigation of parcels and vendor concerns through multiple avenues
- Ability to work through a daily task list, and monitor emails daily to update different types of data throughout the day
- Quickly learn how different systems work and how to effectively use them
- Communicates effectively with Operations team members and leads
- Run reports, analyze data, and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Enter key performance indicator data accurately and on time for multiple vendors
- Use of problem-solving to flag issues and troubleshoot issues
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incorrect information
- Analyze data to optimize operational processes and enhance the teamβs efficiency
- Provide feedback and find pain points in the process, gather information for internal systems, and work on projects as needed
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Zendesk, and advanced knowledge of GSheet or Microsoft Office Suite are a plus
