Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing in roles like Media Buyer, Client Solutions Manager, or PPC Specialist
  • Proven experience with Web and App-based products is a must
  • Expertise across various verticals (e-commerce, dating, mobile apps, gaming, etc.)
  • Extensive knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, including key channels and agency operations
  • Skilled in optimizing ad placements, managing budgets, and developing bidding strategies
  • Comprehensive understanding of performance marketing methodologies
  • Capable of conducting in-depth data analysis to extract valuable insights
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication to convey results clearly
  • Efficient in handling multiple projects and campaigns concurrently
  • Background in digital marketing agencies is a significant asset

Responsibilities

  • Manage, execute, and plan paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs, including CPC, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
  • Conduct creative tests to identify the most influential creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies
  • Analyze campaign performance data to derive insights and inform future strategies
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to clients
  • Utilize analytics tools (including MMM's) to track performance, user behavior, and funnel metrics
  • Allocate and manage marketing budgets across different campaigns and platforms to ensure cost-effective advertising spend
  • Develop and implement targeting strategies based on customer behaviour, market research, and historical data
  • Create and manage remarketing and lookalike audiences to re-engage previous visitors and find new potential customers
  • Work closely with creative teams to develop and refine ad creatives and messaging
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and other marketing teams to align performance marketing strategies with overall clients' business goals
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies when necessary
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and new tools/platform features
  • Continuously learn and adapt to changes in the digital marketing landscape to maintain competitive advantage
