  • Thoughtful approach to partnering with venues, especially regarding dynamic pricing, take rates, packages, and margins
  • Proficiency in engaging with venues at a deep financial and technical level
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in advertising opportunities within the venue space, capable of architecting a successful advertising model on our platform
  • Insight into the challenges venues encounter due to corporate regulations, with an ability to strategize effective solutions
  • Deep understanding of the synergy between our take rate and event venue sales manager commissions, adept at balancing these dynamics to achieve win-win outcomes
  • Familiarity with the most exceptional venues, content, and technologies within the industry
  • Savviness in identifying partnerships and integrations that fuel our triumph within the venue landscape
  • Uncompromising commitment to design quality, ensuring all materials meet the highest standards of excellence
  • Proficient in creating pitch decks, call scripts, and other sales collateral
  • Strong quantitative skills, with a capacity to construct compelling business cases that sway venues and brands toward partnership
  • Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in the hospitality realm, ideally encompassing venue content, events, or related sectors

Responsibilities

  • Rapidly increase venue partnerships across the United States and EMEA
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies to forge strong collaborations with venues
  • Work through both direct sales and partnerships to maximize surface area, pipeline, and conversion
  • Ensure our leadership at the cutting edge of venue content
  • Consider and uncover advertising opportunities
  • Develop a dynamic pricing system that fosters scalable, mutually beneficial win/win dynamics with our venue partners
