Requirements

  • Critical Skills Knowledge and experience selling into pharmaceutical manufacturers
  • Documented track record of selling large, enterprise-wide, complex, deals of substantial size, 3M+
  • Documented track record of success against sales quotas or other performance metrics
  • Ability to own and execute in high visibility situations
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Must be able to effectively handle multiple opportunities simultaneously in a deadline driven environment
  • Competitive spirit with drive to succeed in a quota/metric driven sales environment
  • Consultative selling partner who tailors solutions to clients
  • Ability to give and receive feedback in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team and take on new tasks with high level of difficulty
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of Years of experience in sales, or business development role
  • Experience with prospecting, cold calling, customer outreach via phone and email, utilizing CRMs (preferably HubSpot) etc
  • Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of how to use Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales revenue growth through the development and implementation of strategies to generate sales from new and existing pharmaceutical and device manufacturers
  • Create and execute sales programs for new prospective clients and drive upsells with current clients
  • Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities
  • Meet monthly targets for meetings set and targeted outreach
  • Achieve quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Maintain ownership of relationship development strategy for current customers and proactively pursue opportunities for improvement and expansion through various activities such as; attending tradeshows/conferences to increase awareness and source leads, developing quotes and pulling-through contracts
  • Leverage sales tools (CRM and other areas of tech stack)
  • Call and email targeted leads
  • Source new sales opportunities
  • Conduct research for personalized touch
  • Collaborate with the leadership (C-Suite, Product, Pharmacy, etc.) about the value of Medvantxโ€™s products and services
  • Build and conduct executive presentations for customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders
  • Work cross-functionally with the sales leadership and marketing teams to ensure maximization of growth opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

  • The individual will be expected to work with minimal up-front guidance and take ownership of their work product
  • The individual will work closely with all major functional leaders
